Zrii Bill Farley, Reinstates Top IE's

Below is letter sent to Mr. Bill Farley, owner and CEO of Zrii from Drs. Robert Gonzalez and Andreas Boettcher. It is a wonderful thing when men can see that they've made a mistake and humbly ask for forgiveness and also worth paying attention when a man who was attacked, accepts that forgiveness. Thus is what has occurred between the Doctors and Bill Farley. This is the type of integrity that I look for, yet questions still remain.

Throughout all of the information we in the field have been given, and all of the accolades that are being put forth this week, there are still pieces of the puzzle that are missing. Was the "takeover" due purely to greed? Did Farley make some bad decisions that prompted the action, however inappropriate they were? As a Zrii IE I feel that a large piece of the story has been left out. Maybe there are those of you who know it..people close to Boettcher and Gonzalez or even close to the people who authored the "coup". But for most of us, we are still in the dark, I believe, as to the precipitating event. It seems strange that an entire group of people who were being treated very well and paid very well, would rise up and risk all that without there being a very strong reason to do so.

Maybe it's not necessary for most IE's to know this reason..maybe it is. I'd like to know your thoughts on the subject. Your comments on this blog would be an appreciated addition to the story.

It is my understanding the the men who headed up the takeover also duped a few of the high level people in Zrii. It is these people who made the mistake of getting on the wrong train, that Bill Farley is extended a hand to.

Bill Farley (Zrii) Interviews Peter Thomas (Century 21)

Bill Farley, the Founder and CEO of Zrii ( Original Amalaki) had a special interview conference call tonight with Peter Thomas..former owner of Century 21 Real Estate for the entire country of Canada. The focus of the call was primarily on what makes a good salesperson.

As an internet attraction marketer, some of the shared information felt very "old school" to me. But there were tidbits of information that were also pieces of gold for anyone in business for themselves. Here is Peter Thomas's list entitled "Rules For Success"

1. Keep it simple
2. Ignore those who say it can't be done
3. Work smart not hard
4. Become a student of your career--learn EVERYTHING you can about what you are doing
5. Don't be an innovator--learn from those who came before and do it better
6. Emulate the best but keep your own spin and personality
7. Write down everything
8. Stay focused--visualization, inspiration, reflection
9. Act enthusiastic--even if it's a bad day--your acting will change the flow of the day
10. Be persistent
11. Practice delegation--this is good leadership
12. Avoid extensive meetings
13. Don't be afraid to make mistakes
14. Have at least 5 mentors
15. Get up early
16. Have fun

I think we'd all agree that this list is relevant whether you're a door-to-door salesperson or a an internet marketer..and whether you're selling a single health product or a series of educational workshops. Zrii CEO Bill Farley Receives Prestigous Freedom Award

Officials of America's Freedom Festival at Provo honored four individuals with 2008 Freedom Awards Wednesday night at the 2008 Freedom Festival Awards Gala held at Brigham Young University's Wilkinson Center ballroom. From humble beginnings in Rhode Island, with a father who was a postal worker and a mother who worked in a factory, came Bill Farley, living evidence of the reality of the American dream.

Farley was honored by the festival for rising to his full potential, without ever forgetting where he came from or how he got there. Farley is a successful businessman and philanthropist whose charity includes donations to his high school, Bowdoin College in Maine and Boston College.

"I do, even today, practically pinch myself and say, "Wow, how did all this happen?"' Farley said when given a chance to respond to his award.

"I think you folks here in Utah really understand how it does happen. It happens when you start off with great parents who really believe in you, who talk to you about getting a good education, who talk to you about family values."

Loom’s parent, Farley Enterprises (a family holding company) employed over 65,000 people worldwide with annual revenues near $5 billion. Bill has owned companies in diverse industries, from apparel, to mining, to railroads, to nutrition and direct sales. His love of competition has been felt in the world of sports as well, as he became part owner of the Chicago White Sox in 1976. Bill has never shied away from risk when the right opportunity presented itself. “A willingness to take risk is probably a major reason for my success today. Many people could be as successful as I am, or more so, but for whatever reason they are unable to move beyond their fears.”

In 1986, Bill received the Horatio Alger Award, and was inducted in the illustrious Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans. Bill says his Horatio Alger Award “shows that anyone can pull himself up by the bootstraps. Working hard and seizing opportunities that come your way are the keys to making positive things happen.” He is also a recipient of the White House Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. As a natural byproduct of his business success over the years, Bill has developed an extensive international network.
