Attraction-Based Marketing and Zrii

This post is geared to those of you already involved with Zrii and looking to learn more about attraction marketing.

I have been a fan of Mike Dillard and Magnetic Sponsoring since before Zrii began. Recently the Magnetic Sponsoring philosophy was the topic of discussion on a Zrii Training/Conference Call. I am so excited that my colleagues and associates are open and interested in this manner of marketing. The network marketing experience changes completely when you are "magnetically" attracting prospects to you, rather than chasing after them. Not only does it feel better, but the people who end up joining your business or even becoming customers, are those who truly made the decision themselves rather than because you convinced them.

Attraction Marketing is a wonderful philosophy. It is new to many old time network marketers who are used to the "old pitch and sell". But in reality, attraction marketing is very similar to old time word of mouth and referral marketing--when people frequented business because of the value offered by the owner of the business. In essence, with attraction marketing we are getting back to the basic fundamentals of good relationships based on value and service.

There are a number of reasonably priced products that will help you understand the Magnetic Sponsoring philosophy. The basic Magnetic Sponsoring Book is the place to start. Immediately after reading it cover to cover at least three times, I would then suggest investing in the Black Belt Recuiting CD Series. In this 6-CD set, Mike Dillard interviews Mark Wieser (one of network marketing's gurus of recruiting). This series was instrumental in changing how I approached my prospects and my business. It has had the same effect for others on my team.

Best Zrii Team uses The Law of Attraction

Think and Grow Rich, written in the early part of the 20th century by Napolean Hill is a classic. Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Weiser are just three of the wealthy, successful business people who read this book at least once per year. If you've recently read The Secret, then you will be amazed when you read Think and Grow Rich for the topic it the same even though it was written at least 70 years earlier.

In our organization which is quickly rising as the top Zrii Team, the focus on the Law of Attraction is inherent in all that we do. Having a firm belief that failure is not an option, and a burning desire to create wealth and personal freedom has allowed the individuals on our team to move quickly towards their goals. Think and Grow Rich is about setting yourself apart from the average and creating your reality using the strength of you convictions and creativity along with the power that comes from belief and focus.

Today I road the Metro North Railroad from Westchester County in NY to Grand Central Station in New York City. Though I grew up in the NYC area, I only visit twice per year now from my home in the Colorado Mountains. While traveling I repeated over and over to myself that I would meet someone today who would join my Zrii organization and rise to the top. Five hours later, while eating pizza at Ray's on the upper West Side, I was approached by a young lady soliciting funds for the Democratic National Committee. At barely 20 years old she was poised, interested, passionate and focused. She had the drive and the skills to engage me in conversation and offer me the opportunity to give a donation. She also clearly would not take "no" for an offer and created another opportunity for me to donate $20 more than my initial amount.

This young woman is going to join my Zrii organization and she is going to succeed in her life, no matter what she decides success looks like for her. I put it out to the universe and she entered the pizza parlor. I recognized her within the first 30 seconds of talking, as the person I was going to meet today who would join with me in my business.
