Attraction-Based Marketing and Zrii

This post is geared to those of you already involved with Zrii and looking to learn more about attraction marketing.

I have been a fan of Mike Dillard and Magnetic Sponsoring since before Zrii began. Recently the Magnetic Sponsoring philosophy was the topic of discussion on a Zrii Training/Conference Call. I am so excited that my colleagues and associates are open and interested in this manner of marketing. The network marketing experience changes completely when you are "magnetically" attracting prospects to you, rather than chasing after them. Not only does it feel better, but the people who end up joining your business or even becoming customers, are those who truly made the decision themselves rather than because you convinced them.

Attraction Marketing is a wonderful philosophy. It is new to many old time network marketers who are used to the "old pitch and sell". But in reality, attraction marketing is very similar to old time word of mouth and referral marketing--when people frequented business because of the value offered by the owner of the business. In essence, with attraction marketing we are getting back to the basic fundamentals of good relationships based on value and service.

There are a number of reasonably priced products that will help you understand the Magnetic Sponsoring philosophy. The basic Magnetic Sponsoring Book is the place to start. Immediately after reading it cover to cover at least three times, I would then suggest investing in the Black Belt Recuiting CD Series. In this 6-CD set, Mike Dillard interviews Mark Wieser (one of network marketing's gurus of recruiting). This series was instrumental in changing how I approached my prospects and my business. It has had the same effect for others on my team.

Mentoring For Free Attraction Marketing Lead Generation

As you grow your network marketing business you may be like many I've spoken to. You may not like working your warm market. You may find that cold calling leaves you cold. It could be that you begin getting the idea that your time could be best spent talking to people who are actively looking for YOU. Did you know that if you truly examine the statistics, people don't join opportunities? People join people.

What Your Upline May Not Be Telling You/Attraction-Based Marketing

So whether you're growing your Zrii business or you are exploring Zrii as one option in your journey to financial freedom, wouldn't you enjoy talking to people who want to do the same thing? Attraction-based marketing will bring you in contact with exactly those people. You will need to take the time to educate yourself in this type of marketing. It may be the opposite of what your upline has been teaching you. Don't worry. You can still do those things too. But you may not have to once you have new leads seeking you out on a daily basis.

In my business I use a number of methods to meet new people who are interested in the network marketing profession. The bottom line is to get yourself in front of as many people as possible and OFFER your assistance. Be real. Share what you know and any expertise that you have. Remember...people join people. His material is some of the best there is in the Attraction Marketing arena.

Whether you are already involved with Zrii or another MLM, or are actively exploring different companies, this program will be very helpful. Attraction Based Marketing

If you've wandered around the internet a lot looking at network marketing opportunities, then you may have come across the phrase "attraction based marketing" or "attraction marketing". You may have wondered what exactly this is. The idea behind attraction marketing is that you attract people to you based on a genuine desire to help them achieve their goals. You do not pitch your product or your opportunity, but rather position yourself in your community and on the internet as an expert in some way that will benefit others.

For example, if you are an alternative healer of some sort. You would do wellness workshops, health consults, a health and wellness newsletter, etc....As people get to know you and receive value from what you offer they will often ask you about products you recommend or about your business. It is at this point that you then share about Zrii or whatever company you are involved in. This type of marketing often feels counter-intuitive, especially when you compare it to most MLM company marketing and presentation programs. Yet it is very, very successful and allows you to build your business with people who have actively sought you out and want to join you.
