Dear Zrii Independent Executives,

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for making our Recent Rising Star Academy such an incredible success! In the face of recent events, many questioned whether we should push the event back a month or even cancel it altogether? After receiving so many calls and emails of support from the field, I decided to move ahead with the event, as planned. With an attendance of over 1400 IE’s, and a tremendous group of presenters, I am pleased to say the event was a resounding success!

The past two weeks have been some of the toughest days I’ve experienced in my business career. We’ve had some difficult hurdles to overcome, many of which could cripple a young company. Despite this fact, I am proud to report that we never lost a step in taking orders, shipping orders, or paying commission checks. Our sales volume for the month of February is higher than January. Wow! I thank both the field and our corporate team for this achievement.

As you know, I have now settled into my new office in Salt Lake City and will be much more involved in the day-to-day management of Zrii. We continue to hire excellent leaders to fill any remaining positions at our corporate offices. We look forward to some exciting announcements in the coming weeks.

In speaking with so many of you at RSA, it moved me to hear how you have been touched by Zrii’s unique product, opportunity, and sense of community. It was also wonderful to experience so much positive energy and excitement about this incredible platform and family we have built together.

It is now time to move forward in an even more powerful way and to set new sales records in our industry.

Thank you again for your commitment to Zrii, and I look forward to sharing another remarkable year with you all!

Zrii Bill Farley, Reinstates Top IE's

Below is letter sent to Mr. Bill Farley, owner and CEO of Zrii from Drs. Robert Gonzalez and Andreas Boettcher. It is a wonderful thing when men can see that they've made a mistake and humbly ask for forgiveness and also worth paying attention when a man who was attacked, accepts that forgiveness. Thus is what has occurred between the Doctors and Bill Farley. This is the type of integrity that I look for, yet questions still remain.

Throughout all of the information we in the field have been given, and all of the accolades that are being put forth this week, there are still pieces of the puzzle that are missing. Was the "takeover" due purely to greed? Did Farley make some bad decisions that prompted the action, however inappropriate they were? As a Zrii IE I feel that a large piece of the story has been left out. Maybe there are those of you who know it..people close to Boettcher and Gonzalez or even close to the people who authored the "coup". But for most of us, we are still in the dark, I believe, as to the precipitating event. It seems strange that an entire group of people who were being treated very well and paid very well, would rise up and risk all that without there being a very strong reason to do so.

Maybe it's not necessary for most IE's to know this reason..maybe it is. I'd like to know your thoughts on the subject. Your comments on this blog would be an appreciated addition to the story.

Let us begin by saying that our hearts have always been committed to Zrii, its formulators, The Chopra Center for Well-being, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the CEO Bill Farley and all of the individuals and families that make up this great company. The void we have felt in our hearts over the last week has been nothing short of debilitating. We would like to express our deepest apologies for the uncertainties and turmoil you and your families have experienced in the past week. We strongly believe that at all times we had our families and our loyal relationships as top priority and that our intentions were in the right place.

It has always been apparent how much we love Zrii and what this opportunity has represented to our families and yours. As human beings, we acknowledge our mistakes and have learned to become better and stronger for it!

Letter to Bill Farley (Zrii) From A Top Zrii IE

This is a letter that was sent to Bill Farley by one of the top Independent Executives in Zrii, this past friday.

"In response to the many emails and phone calls we have received over the past few days, we would like to state our position.

Zrii Leadership Change IE Support & Information

As all of you in the Zrii Family now know, major changes have occurred in our company in the past week. I have tried to inform you when any new piece of information arises, from either "side". In this post I am offering my 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist and business coach to assist you in dealing with the emotional fall out of this upheaval. In any time of crisis there can be a great sense of loss coupled with confusion, anger, resentment, sadness and even depression. The True Story About Zrii Going Out of Business

This next paragraph was taken from a blog post written on February 6, 2009 by Doug and Dave Vass. The Vass brothers have large Zrii down-line and have been part of the founding distributors since the inception of the company. They continue to support Zrii, their down-line and you. "If they were true leaders who cared about the tens of thousands of distributors under their wing, they would have sat down with Bill to discuss their grievances. instead, they chose to drag us through their mud and are continuing to do so with all their ridiculous press releases."

Is Zrii going out of business?

The following paragragh is taken from a press release in the Salt Lake Tribune dated February 6, 2009.

"The groups claim that, disregarding its co-founders' mission and ideals, Farley has saddled the company with unnecessary debt while using it as his personal piggy-bank, and that continuing to work with him under the circumstances would represent a profound betrayal of their individual integrity and personal relationships as well as Zrii's founding principles."

This is sad indeed for all those who have poured their hearts and souls into this company over the past 18 months. So many people love and have benefited from the Zrii product. It would be a shame to see all the time, energy, investment and research end up for naught.

Many people in the field are distraught and wondering what they should do next. They are trying to determine their personal course of action amidst varying stories and rumors. Some are looking at other companies and opportunities in order to have an alternative plan.

Perfect MLM By Design is just one alternative, but I mention here because it was developed over the last 7 months precisely to combat and prevent many of the issues that we see today in Zrii. It also offers no conflict with Zrii with regards to product or niche..thus people can explore it as an alternative and still remain committed to their Zrii business as they watch to see what unfolds in the next few weeks and months.
